(Amazon Book Summary)
True leadership isn't about authority or control, but about:

  • Responsibility and potential: Recognizing and developing the potential in people and ideas.
  • Courage and vulnerability: Asking questions, sharing power, and engaging in difficult conversations.
  • Human skills: Empathy, connection, and courage are essential, especially in a world of AI.
  • Teachable skills: Daring leadership is a set of skills that can be learned and measured.
  • Brave work: Cultivating courage in leadership and culture requires effort and vulnerability, but it's worthwhile.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself both personally and professionally. Brené Brown's "Dare to Lead" emphasizes that leadership is about choosing courage over comfort and developing uniquely human skills to foster braver, more daring leaders and cultures.

Registration closes on Tuesday, April 1.
