NCTA-ATP Online Observation of Tests StandardsThe National College Testing Association (NCTA) and Association of Test Publishers (ATP) co-published the Standards for the Online Observation of Tests in fall 2024 from the work of a large international group of experts working in the online testing industry. These are the first industry standards for the global online proctoring and monitoring of exams. NCTA extends gratitude to the many volunteers who contributed to developing this document, with special appreciation to NCTA Co-Chair Rachel Schoenig (Cornerstone Strategies) and ATP Co-Chair Mike Murphy (ProctorFree).
